Teams & Players Wanted for Black Rock Kickball!


We're pleased to announce Black Rock will once again be hosting a social kickball league every Friday night starting in August. Last season was a blast and we've been working all off-season to make it even bigger and better. Now all we need is a couple more teams to fill up the league.

Check us out and find out why we call Black Rock Sports the best rec sports leagues in the city. We charge you the same price as other "sport and social" clubs but give you a lot more: a complimentary dinner buffet after every game, drink specials, t-shirts, and real prizes for the league champions. And unlike other leagues, where teams go their separate ways after the games, all our teams come back to Black Rock for a league-wide after-party. Everyone gets to hang out, eat, drink, party with the opposition, and maybe even take them down in flippy-cup. So why not play in a league that really puts the "social" in "social softball league"?

We're scheduled to start Friday, August 19th at Wrightwood Park on Ashland & Wrightwood. Games are played at 6:30 and 7:30, with the after-party immediately afterward back at Black Rock.

Each full team pays just $975 ($1025 if paid after 8/10) for eight weeks of kickball as well as free dinner after every game (plus t-shirts, lemonade out at the field, drink specials at the bar etc.)

We're looking for a couple more full teams, groups of players or even just a few free agents (we're happy to hook you up with a team that needs players and vice versa). If you're interested please let us know by replying to blackrocksports@comcast.net.
